Purpose-Built for Navigator Forklifts – Unlike modified industry designs, Extended-Reach is engineered from the ground up specifically for Navigator truck-mounted forklifts, ensuring superior performance and durability under extreme use.
Heavy-Duty Construction Materials – Upright sections are made from 5 3/8″ hardened steel mast channels, each rated to carry 13,200 lbs., providing unmatched structural integrity.
Premium, Custom-Designed Bearing – The 3 1⁄2″ serviceable bearing is custom-built for Extended–Reach and designed to handle loads far exceeding the system’s rated capacity, maximizing reliability and longevity.
High-Strength Scissor Arms – Constructed from 3/4″ Grade 50 HSLA steel, offering a minimum yield strength of 50,000 psi and tensile strength of 65,000 psi, allowing for thinner sections without sacrificing load capacity.
Customer-Informed Design Process – Extended-Reach was developed with extensive field testing and input from loyal Navigator users, resulting in a system that’s both field-proven and user-driven.
